We are seeking a results‑driven Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives with our US East partners. This role will focus on developing and executing joint marketing programs, enabling partners with sales and marketing assets, managing MDF budgets, and measuring performance to drive revenue and market share through the channel. This role requires previous channel experience, excellent cross‑functional collaboration, and a data‑driven approach to program optimization.
What you will do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with the US East partners, serving as the main marketing liaison.
Develop and manage co‑marketing programs and campaigns aligned with both company and partner goals, including webinars, emails, co‑branded content, paid media, tradeshow and partner events.
Collaborate with channel sales, field marketing, and product marketing to align GTM motions and maintain consistent messaging and positioning.
Provide co‑branded marketing assets and resources for joint marketing initiatives and partner enablement.
Own MDF budget allocation, campaign tracking, and ROI reporting.
Ensure brand consistency in all joint marketing materials.
The Skills You Bring:
5+ years of partner marketing experience.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work with multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
Experience in partner relationship management, executing partner co‑marketing campaigns, and managing MDF budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data‑driven marketing.
Willingness to travel to support partner events.

Compensation and Benefits at Ericsson The salary range for this position is $94,000–$130,000, dependent on location (DC, MD, NY, NJ) and the candidate's qualifications. A short‑term variable compensation plan includes an annual bonus based on individual and business performance, with eligibility subject to prorating rules. Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, life insurance, disability benefits, and paid maternity/ parental leave at 100% pay are provided. Paid time off: 15 vacation days, 3 personal days, 11 holidays, 8 volunteer hours, 80 sick days. Additional benefits include Employee Assistance Program and Talkspace mobile therapy.
