UX/Product Designer

Must have product design support experience as well 5+ years of product design experience with experience contributing to product roadmap 2+ years in the FinTech, Financial services sector is required Experienced translating complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs. Able to connect the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals and driving impactful results. Must be able to handle data visualization within the product strategy: deciding what data matters most, which metrics to show, and why. Able to create visualizations, with an emphasis on aligning them to product goals (e.g., KPIs, user adoption, financial reporting tools).
