What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and industry dynamics to identify marketing opportunities
Design and execute customer marketing plans that support customer lifecycle stages such as upsell and retention
Create engaging multi-format content to inform and engage customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing efforts to improve ROI and meet business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing roles
Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance
Proficiency with marketing technologies such as 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Hands‑on experience designing programs to support customer retention and product adoption
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail
Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practices and customer growth strategies
Passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations
