Job Summary Set the stage for culinary excellence! As a Prep Cook, you’ll be the foundation of our kitchen operations—prepping ingredients, organizing stations, and supporting chefs with precision. Your attention to detail and consistency will help deliver high‑quality meals to every guest.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep environment
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Food Handler Certification required (or obtained upon hire)
Familiarity with sanitation and food safety standards
Key Responsibilities
Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes
Label and stock inventory properly
Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas
Assist cooks and chefs with tasks as directed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Ensure prep is completed for upcoming meal periods
