Manage Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint Configuration of Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in SAP Solution Manager Configuration of Change Management (ChaRM), Project Management, Quality Gate Management, and integration with HP-ALM and ARIS Provide Solution Manager support to SAP implementation teams and internal customers/clients Coordinate Onsite-Offshore activities (handover-takeover, off business hour activity tracking, offshore reporting) Involve in Onsite-Offshore coordination and maintain extensive Onsite-Offshore working model experience Qualifications
Strong functional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager with at least 1 end-to-end implementation project and 2 support projects as a Solution Manager Functional SME for the listed areas Experience as the Solution Manager Functional SME in at least 2 Incident Management implementations Experience with gathering requirements, designing future state operations, testing support, and post-implementation activities Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development for Solution Manager Knowledge of various Solution Manager features and integration with ARIS Onsite-Offshore experience and ability to coordinate across teams Good written and oral communication All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
