Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service from the moment they walk in Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS, while providing menu recommendations and upselling suggestions to enhance the guest experience Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage tables effectively by bussing, cleaning, and resetting to prepare for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Support team members in food preparation, kitchen communication, and sanitation tasks as needed to ensure seamless service delivery Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and reservations management Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while enhancing the guest experience Previous fine dining or nightclub serving experience is highly desirable for dynamic environments Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate bill splitting Effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, and team members Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
