Job Description 18 Wheels USA is hiring professional truck drivers for a high‑intensity, dedicated account. This isn’t just a driving job—it’s an active, hands‑on role for drivers who want to stay fit and earn great money without running endless miles. You will operate in a tight regional network (IL, WI, IN, MI) using equipment designed for city manoeuvrability. If you have the patience for customer service and the work ethic for physical unloading, this fleet offers massive earning potential and consistent weekly home time.
Pay & Benefits
Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 - $1,700
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000
Unload Pay: $245 per trailer
Backhaul Pay: $70 per backhaul
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Support: Tenured staff to assist you throughout your employment
Equipment
Brand new fully loaded Internationals and Freightliners (2025‑2026)
Home Time Weekly: Drivers receive a weekly 34‑hour reset.
Responsibilities
Operate as a dedicated truck driver covering IL, WI, IN, and MI.
Physically unload freight, handling stacked freight and maintaining safety.
Run approximately 800‑1,000 miles per week with a target of 3 loads per week.
Interact with store managers and staff; patience and strong customer‑service skills are essential.
Complete training: 2 days with a trainer (following in your assigned truck, not a ride‑along). Training pay is $150 per day.
Requirements
Class A CDL & minimum 3 months tractor/trailer experience – Required.
D.O.T. exam & Clean MVR.
Flexibility – Shift days vary based on freight needs and your home location.
Customer Service – You are the face of the company at every store delivery.
