The Role As a

Social Media Manager , you are the creative engine for ambitious crypto brands. This is an

execution-focused, non-client-facing role.

You will be the voice of the brand online, working with designers and editors to make sure content thrives on X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Write posts, threads, memes, and captions that resonate with the crypto community.

Trendspotting:

Stay plugged into CT (Crypto Twitter) and internet culture to hijack trends in real-time.

Publishing & Scheduling:

Own the posting calendar to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Community Engagement:

Reply, quote‑tweet, and spark conversations to energize the community.

Collaboration:

Work with designers/editors to bring visual ideas to life.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor data and test new formats to keep improving.

Who You Are

Crypto‑Native:

You have a deep understanding of the industry and live in the space.

Content Pro:

You have a proven ability to create engaging, viral‑ready content (especially on X).

Writer:

Your style is concise, witty, meme‑literate, and on‑brand.

Analytical:

You are comfortable using data to optimize content.

You are reliable, detail‑oriented, and can manage multiple accounts.
