Hourly pay, 15% commissions + daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses. Top performers earn
$10K–$15K+ per month . All Inbound Leads:

What You’ll Be Doing
Speak with inbound callers seeking help with tax debt and financial solutions.
Use our proven 3-step process:
consult, listen, and deliver solutions.
Build trust through empathy, confidence, and communication.
Hit goals, exceed them, and cash in on bonuses that reward consistency and performance.
Bring positive energy to the floor every single day — because winning is contagious here.
Who You Are
A natural
people person
who builds instant rapport with clients.

Coachable
and always hungry to learn and improve.
Tech-savvy with CRM or call center experience (Excel/Word skills a plus).
Experience in
sales, call centers, automotive, solar, mortgage, real estate, debt relief, or tax services
is a major advantage — but not required.
Location:
Chandler, AZ 85286 (in‑office only; not remote). Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasionally half‑day Saturday).
