What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Initiate and support all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts

Respond accurately to customer requirements, including quotes, order processing, and product information

Build and maintain strong knowledge of assigned accounts and strategic OEM products

Utilize internal tools and processes to create and validate technical configurations

Provide detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience in the IT industry

Minimum of two years of sales or sales support experience in the information technology industry

Proficient PC skills, particularly in MS Office Suite

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to travel as required to meet team and departmental goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with WWT internal systems, tools, and processes

Strong understanding of partner registration processes and upselling opportunities

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships both inside and outside the organization

Passion for learning and continued education
