This is a growth role for a true commercial HVAC hunter who knows how to build pipeline, walk job sites, read blueprints, and close deals. Strong brand, strong ops support, real earning upside.

$80K–$110K Base + Uncapped Commission ($150K–$200K+ OTE) |

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle for commercial service, retrofit, and replacement projects
Prospect and close new business
Conduct site walks and system assessments
Build proposals and pricing with estimating/engineering
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and client relationships
What You Need (Must‑Have)
4+ years commercial HVAC / mechanical / fire protection sales
Bilingual Spanish & English (required)
Managed or grown a
$2M+ book of business
Can read blueprints
Hunter mentality; comfortable being on the road
