What to expect
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, keeping current with evolving tech and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
Compensation Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.01–$18.86 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, over‑achieving those goals can earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
