Pay Range: 71,000.00 - 88,800.00 USD Annual (minimum to mid pay range specific to NY, CA, CO, WA, MD). Brinks Texas License #C00550. Remote role currently listed as LI-Remote. Job Description: Brink's, Incorporated is a premier provider of secure logistics solutions, including transportation, ATM servicing, currency processing and other value-added services to financial institutions, retailers and government entities. We have a challenging opportunity for a DRS Conversion Specialist. The Conversion Specialist is responsible for the strategic results of business development within the retail sector, including increasing revenue and P&L results, to drive market penetration of our DRS solutions. This position focuses on converting the existing Brink's customer base from our traditional armored solution to a Digital Retail Solution, and achieving sales objectives aligned with the company growth strategy by creating differential value through relationships across markets. Work collaboratively across functions to deliver DRS growth across North America. Responsibilities

Creating learning and development programs in collaboration with sales enablement leaders. Training sales reps to solution-sell DRS and communicate the value proposition. Share best practices with the wider sales function. Work collaboratively to deliver growth projections based on market performance, segmentation, and strategy deployment. Evaluate existing processes and sales resources, focusing on activating change to enhance sales effectiveness. Own the big deals and promote a culture of excellence to position Brink's to win each deal. Maintain C-Suite presence on major deals. Drive and maintain a 5X pipeline. Develop game theory and win themes on major deals; drive in-person solution demos and ROI models in collaboration with teams. Increase revenue and P&L results from strategic retail partners. Develop and implement strategic growth plans and forecasts to achieve channel partner sales targets and support Brink's U.S. corporate financial objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with customer decision makers and key strategic partners at the highest level of their organizations. Drive creation of new revenue with prospective channel customers. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience managing relationships with and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions to Enterprise Retail accounts. Minimum of 3 years' experience selling and managing a premium in the relevant market. What We Offer
