Salary Range: 72,000 - 90,000 USD Annually

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive substantial growth in enterprise solutions for existing and new accounts.

Responsibilities
Clearly communicate ALM's value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions address client needs and drive impact
Grow subscription revenue by expanding usage within existing accounts, with a focus on meeting targets for strategic accounts
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of cross‑sell opportunities across the existing client base
Collaborate with internal teams and leverage available resources to support and accelerate deal closures
Provide actionable insights and feedback from the market to sales, marketing, and product development teams to help shape strategy and exceed goals
Represent ALM at key industry events to boost brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
Stay up to date on legal industry trends—both through ALM products and external sources—to identify new opportunities and maintain credibility with clients by understanding their business landscape
Qualifications
3+ years of SaaS sales experience. Legal experience a bonus but not required.
Proven history of success exceeding sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
Consultative approach in the sales process (Value‑based Selling, Consultative Selling, Solution Selling etc.)
Enthusiasm to build and maintain solid client relationships
Entrepreneurial character with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
Has a natural curiosity about clients, their workflow, and how you can help them improve
Energetic, organized, and self‑motivated
