Responsibilities
Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies.
Maintain a full‑time office schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9 AM-6 PM).
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities for high performance.
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow‑up.
Accurately document and track sales performance in agency systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team‑oriented office environment.
Property and Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
Goal‑driven and able to thrive under performance metrics.
