What You’ll Do:

Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.

Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities with existing/qualified customers, win new business, and grow the territory.

Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.

Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.

What You’ll Need:

You’re not just driven—you’re self-directed and focused on outcomes. You take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.

You’re a good listener and are curious, with a passion for learning about the customers’ needs, solving problems and winning business.

You plan and prepare so you can conduct effective virtual sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.

A bachelor’s degree preferred.

Where You'll Work:

This role is based in the Brisbane, TX or Geismar, LA area.

Pay and Benefits:

Ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
