We are excited to announce an opening for an Inside Sales Representative at Natara Global (US)! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth within the dynamic flavour, fragrance, and aroma chemicals sector.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage and expand relationships with our valued B2B customers while uncovering new commercial opportunities across food & beverage, personal care, home care, and fragrance applications.

Responsibilities
Drive growth by managing your own customer portfolio and developing new business leads.
Engage with customers as a trusted commercial contact, providing support on products, samples, and specifications.
Leverage your technical knowledge of ingredients, collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Deliver results through effective pipeline management, proactive follow-ups, and closing opportunities that align with our commercial strategy.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and customer feedback, supporting continuous improvement in our offerings.
Qualifications
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities
Technical proficiency and a passion for the flavour & fragrance industry
Resilience, adaptability, and strong organisational skills
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
