Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the KC market to drive revenue and bring in new customers. The client base for this role includes commercial facilities property management, owners and tenant representatives to sell services. This person will be responsible for attending 2-3 meetings per day and closing roughly 1 deal per week as part of their KPIs. This role will be responsible for not only generating sales, but also:
identifying market potential
initiating and closing the sales process
generating leads and setting meetings with prospective customers
documenting all sales activity.
This position will include a company car & company phone and is fully onsite/in person with customers. We are seeking a well spoken, highly motivated individual who can grow the local territory. While some of the meetings will be set for them by an inside sales point of contact, they need a hunter mentality to drive their own growth as well. This is a full time role will paid vacation, holidays, 401k, medical, dental and vision options.

3+ years experience performing outside business to business sales
Clear communication skills
Organized and able to track the life cycle of their prospective sales
Independent and self motivated – Hunter mentality
