Reporting To Director of Accounts
Job Overview We're seeking an Account Executive that is the primary strategist and point of contact for key client accounts. Account Executives work closely with clients to align marketing efforts with their business goals and will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and deliverables including marketing retainers, branding projects, and website projects. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, who can proactively problem-solve, manage projects efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in digital marketing or at a marketing agency (preferably both).
Responsibilities & Duties
Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and trust. Maintain top-of-mind customer service.
Strategic Expertise:
Provide high-quality, valuable strategic consulting services on each client account by asking thoughtful questions and constant recommendations.
Collaborative Marketing Leadership:
Organize specialty teams to conduct discovery for strategic understanding of clients’ audiences, market, competitors, goals, and branding, and develop and execute strategic marketing plans and creative campaign concepts.
Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
Data‑Driven Insights:
Analyze campaign performance, gather data, apply insights to optimize strategies, meeting quarterly KPIs and profitability goals.
Communication:
Facilitate clear, compelling communication in client meetings, emails, and presentations. Lead client and internal discussions.
Problem‑Solving:
Address client challenges and internal process improvements swiftly and effectively, ensuring smooth project flow and resolution of any issues.
Client Forecasting:
Identify opportunities for improvement or account growth to support the company’s goals and guarantee a profitable client partnership.

At least 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing position; agency experience preferred.

Great presenter who can confidently and persuasively sell work and ideas.
