We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. Fast‑paced, fun work environment with variety in the day‑to‑day routine.
Position: Key Team Leader (Key Holder) Location: Salina, KS
Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service as primary responsibility.
Store opening and closing responsibilities.
Merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics product categories.
Merchandising skills preferred.
Demonstrated desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.
