Sales and Service Resident Property Manager Position held at Westport Properties in Glendale - 43rd. Reports to District Manager; FSLA Status: Non-Exempt; Position Status: Full‑time.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends.

Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour. Housing accommodations provided.

Travel: 10–25% of the time.

Job Description

Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers

Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property

Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance

Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent

Accurate payment processing and cash handling

Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience

Maintain valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform essential functions

Requirements

Effective 5/7/25: Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center

Physical Requirements

Ability to transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 50 lb

Walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining curb appeal
