Role & Responsibilities
Develop relationships and business together with the global account manager.
Identify business opportunities within account and plan accordingly.
Ensure that the business runs smoothly.
Own the SOP regionally.
Align with all internal LAM for the newly requirement / policy from Samsung (SDS + Logitech).
Manage the Cello performance and highlight it to geo head or GAM for any behind.
Release the FSC to all the stakeholders on a monthly basis and manage the table.
Assemble the data for GAM on a regular basis, including the QBR material, market update.
Collaborate with GAM for the RFQ / RFP preparation.
Work out solutions within region or with other regions proactively at and beyond customers expectation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience required. With experience in key account management team will be a plus.
Fluent in English, Korean (Korean native speaking is required).
Proficient in programs used for email, word processing, data manipulation (excel spread sheets), power point presentation, and general internet skills.
Assertive, showing interpersonal / managerial skills to coordinate DRIs different stations in the best interest of the customer.
