Translate fashion references and trends into actionable styling solutions for customers
Build authentic relationships with customers to understand and meet their styling needs
Serve as a brand storyteller, driving sales and achieving store goals
Demonstrate values and behaviors that align with the company culture
Support various store functions, including the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Previous styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer brands and trends
Proven ability to create meaningful connections with customers
Flexibility to work shifts that align with business needs
Physical capability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without accommodation
Passion for hospitality, fashion, and styling

Strong ability to engage with customers and foster brand loyalty
