Regional Sales Manager – Advanced Neuro-Rehabilitation Therapy
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for commercial growth and therapy adoption across a defined geographic territory. This role involves calling on hospitals, outpatient therapy providers, and physician practices to support program development, educate clinical teams, and drive utilization of the company's neuromodulation-based rehabilitation system.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, clinically oriented sales environment and is motivated by improving the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with rehabilitation programs, physicians, and therapy leaders
Develop new accounts and expand therapy utilization within existing sites
Achieve territory growth objectives and case-volume targets
Provide education and training for clinical and administrative stakeholders
Support referral development and patient pathway optimization
Prepare professional product and clinical value presentations
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and territory reporting
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams
Represent the organization with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of proven success in medical device or healthcare sales
Experience working with physician-led or therapy-driven care environments
Strong track record of opening new business and expanding clinical usage
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a multi-stakeholder sales process
Preferred
Experience launching innovative or disruptive medical technology
Background in neurology, musculoskeletal, or rehabilitation-related markets
Experience selling capital or therapy-driven solutions
Prior success influencing decision-makers across hospital or multi-site systems
Comfort working in a growth-stage environment
CRM proficiency
Travel
Routine field travel within territory
Occasional overnight trips for meetings, programs, and conferences
