Vice President of Sales - SWFL Market (Naples to Fort Myers)
The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for KW Property Management & Consulting. The VP of Sales will develop and use existing and new strategic methods to identify client targets that fit the KPWMC service model. This role will build and nurture relationships throughout the sales process with potential Association clients, facilitate client meetings, develop and respond to requests for proposals, create staffing models and pricing analysis to properly service the customer. In addition, the VP of Sales will support the production of the management contract and negotiate the terms of the agreement with the Association Board.
The VP of Sales will work closely with the KWPMC executive team to align sales objectives with the company’s overall strategic goals.
Duties And Essential Functions
Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations that best fit the KWPMC management profile
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to the executive team.
Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and align with market conditions.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of services.
Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and track sales performance.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the company within the association management industry.
Required Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the association management, property management, or service-oriented industries.
Strong understanding of the association management business model and client needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Demonstrated success in growing revenue and market share in a B2B environment.
Experience working within or selling to the association management, property management, or hospitality industries.
Hands‑on experience in client retention strategies and consultative selling.
History of managing large accounts and high‑value contracts.

Position Type This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., though the schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
