RegASK augments Regulatory Affairs teams, combining AI efficiency and community-driven intelligence to streamline compliance across the product lifecycle. Position Overview We are seeking an Account Executive in the EU to accelerate the revenue growth and business development. This individual should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, driving new business opportunities and expanding a client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Life Sciences or Consumer Products industries, including an understanding of the Regulatory landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to and execute business development strategy

Assist in the development and execution of the BD strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets

Client Acquisition

Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizations

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain points

Market Research & Lead Generation

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries

Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them

Sales Pipeline Management

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads

Contract Negotiations

Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favorable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASK's solutions

Work with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clients

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor or equivalent degree required

At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaS

Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development

Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels

Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives

Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions

Proficient in Salesforce etc

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment

Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
