to work in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on driving brand performance across Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Health Systems, regional Group Practices, and Specialty Pharmacy accounts for AbbVie Immunology marketed brands.
Base Pay Range $132,000.00/yr - $237,500.00/yr

Job Description This is an account executive position responsible for IDN Health Systems, influential regional Group Practices, and Specialty Pharmacy account coverage in support of AbbVie Immunology marketed brands. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, delivering Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) data and real‑world evidence, coordinated selling execution with in‑field teams, and enhancing strategic business relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive, compliant business and account plans that align AbbVie Immunology portfolio solutions with account goals to drive increased sales and market share.
Identify and manage key account priority opportunities, providing strategic and tactical insights on target accounts to internal partners.
Routinely identify local opportunities and threats and develop or modify business plans accordingly, leading without authority in a complex matrix environment.
Coordinate communication, planning, scheduling, and collaborative account execution.
Utilize business data analytic tools to assess impact of priority account opportunities and formulate corresponding plans to optimize product performance.
Integrate marketing and training material into territory execution, including sales training, in‑field and regional or national meeting topics, and skill development initiatives to elevate geographic performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant industry experience.
In lieu of a degree: 8+ years of Health Science Sales experience with a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales.
At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
Preferably 2 years in Immunology sales or account management.
Strong networking, communication, and collaborative partnership skills across functional areas.
Excellent organization and project management skills, with proven individual and matrix leadership abilities.
Track record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
Ability to drive a personal auto or company vehicle.
Additional Information The compensation range described above is the range of possible base pay for this role; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location.
