Job Overview: A rapidly growing commercial truck leasing organization with a strong presence across the United States and Canada is seeking to expand its sales team. The company delivers customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of fleet customers across a variety of industries. Seeking a results-driven Lease & Rental Sales Representative to support fleet growth in the Wichita, KS market. This role is responsible for identifying, quoting, and selling full-service leasing and rental solutions to new and existing customers. The position offers long-term growth potential, including a path to a Sales Manager role for high performers.
This is a Direct Hire role.
What you will be doing as a Lease & Rental Sales
Develop and expand a customer base within an assigned territory to secure new business
Directly solicit and sell full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance agreements
Research, evaluate, and target prospective fleet customers
Identify new business opportunities and create actionable sales strategies to capture them
Manage the rental process from reservation through vehicle delivery
Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Perform additional duties related to truck rental and leasing as needed
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Lease & Rental Sales
Minimum of 2 years of sales or leasing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role
Proven customer service and relationship-building experience
Strong negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Strong technical and professional competence
Compensation you will receive as a Lease & Rental Sales
Base salary plus commission
