Pay & Benefits
Solo Owner Operators: Earn $3,450 per week + FSC (Average 2,500 miles per week)
Team Owner Operators: Earn $7,975 per week + FSC (Average 5,500 miles per week)
Empty Miles: $0.80 CPM + FSC
$300 reimbursement for orientation
$1 per mile up to 500 miles when bringing truck to class (no trailer needed)

Job Requirements
At least 23 years of age with a valid CDL A
Minimum 2 years of experience
Must own own truck
Legally authorized to work in the United States
No more than 3 non‑DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol tests
Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at J. Boren & Sons Trucking by 2×.
