Salary:
$103,000-$125,000 annually
Location:
Hybrid (CA, OR, or WA home-based + 60% weekly travel)
Job Summary Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Senior Regional Dietitian
to join our team in our California/Oregon/Washington market. As a key member of our food and nutrition team, you will provide expert dietetic services to our clients and drive high-quality patient care. If you are passionate about nutrition and leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee any training programs with incoming and existing regional dietitians
Inter‑departmental coordination with community Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) Managers, etc.
Act as liaison between Clinical and Operations departments to both align and carry out initiatives for the better of the community, its residents and patients, and the organization
Develop sustainable training programs and train both existing Registerd Dietitians and newly hired RDs to ensure proper onboarding to the organization and adherence to policies, procedures, and standards of care
Management of documentation and foodservice audits within the communities and the regional department
Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field
Required: National registration (RD)
Required: State Licensure for RD (OR or WA only)
Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility environment
Required: 60% travel (ex: Tuesday-Thursday)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in electronic medical records and nutrition software
