We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and gaps.
Perform FIT‑GAP analysis and support solution design with Salesforce teams.
Validate solutions, support UAT, smoke testing, and defect triage.
Create Salesforce reports and dashboards; perform data analysis.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Prepare documentation and conduct end‑user training.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Experience with multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, Flows, reporting, and dashboards.
Experience with Data Loader and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Agile/Scrum experience.
Exposure to Data Governance and MDM.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (mandatory).
