Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Person-Mascoutah/Evenings
Join My Life My Home as a Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Person in Masquitah, IL. This full‑time evening position supports individuals with developmental disabilities in our Community Integrated Living Arrangements.
Schedule & Compensation Full‑time: Mon‑Thu 3 pm‑11 pm.
Base pay: $18.25–$20.50 per hour.
Additional $1.00 hourly increase after completing medication pass certification.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care, cooking, and assistance with meals.
Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
Clean residents' homes and maintain a safe environment.
Support individuals in following their care plans and complete daily documentation.

Requirements
Minimum age 21 and valid driver's license with less than three driving offenses.
High school diploma or GED required.
Criminal background check and physical exam (including DCFS/CANTS abuse/neglect check).
Pass reading and comprehension quiz.
