to lead our paid search and display advertising efforts. As a non-profit, we may be eligible for the
Google Ad Grants
program, which provides up to $10,000 USD of in‑kind advertising per month. Your primary mission will be to leverage this powerful resource to its fullest potential, driving high‑quality, relevant traffic to our website to fuel our growth.

Your Mission: Maximize Our Impact Through Strategic Advertising As our Google Ads expert, you will have ownership of our entire Google Ads account. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.
Lead Strategy & Campaign Setup:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Google Ads strategy. You’ll set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and potentially YouTube.
Master Google Ad Grants:
If not already in place, you will help us apply for the Google Ad Grants program. You will be responsible for ensuring our account remains compliant with all Grant policies.
Conduct Keyword Research:
Perform in‑depth keyword research to identify high‑intent opportunities to attract potential volunteers, donors, and partners.
Write Compelling Ad Copy:
✍️ Craft persuasive and engaging ad copy that speaks directly to our target audiences and inspires them to take action.
Optimize for Performance (CPA, CTR, Conversions):
Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, keywords, ad copy, and targeting to maximize conversions and achieve the lowest possible cost‑per‑acquisition.
Landing Page Collaboration:
Work with our web and design teams to provide feedback on landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversions.
Report on What Matters:
Provide clear, concise monthly reports on key metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, etc.) and translate the data into actionable insights for the leadership team.

Has Proven Google Ads Experience:

Is Data‑Driven:
You are comfortable working in Google Analytics, analyzing performance data, and making strategic decisions based on metrics.
