Commercial Loan Services Specialist 3
Position within the Government Lending & General Ledgers team of the Commercial Loan Services group. Responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts within Commercial Loan Servicing, researching CLS outages, and assisting CLS colleagues with resolution. Opportunity to cross‑train on other roles.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor CLS general ledger accounts daily.
Ensure outages are corrected within provided Service Level Agreements.
Identify and assist with escalated outages.
Communicate effectively with Commercial Loan Services and the Centralized Reconcilement team.
Maintain emphasis on policies, procedures, risk and compliance.
Maintain flexibility to meet team needs.
Take initiative to work independently while applying critical thinking and continuous improvement principles.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years financial services related experience.
Experience with debit/credits.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
General Ledger balancing experience.
High level of accuracy in executing responsibilities.
Proactive skill and knowledge advancement.
Independent and team working ability.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding and resolving complex issues.
Excellent organization and prioritization to meet government deadlines and team goals.
Exempt Status No (eligible for overtime pay).
Workplace Type Office. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement (in‑office and work from home).
