Job Description
As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete flat work construction projects. You will lead a team of concrete laborers, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate concrete laborer activities.
Develop work schedules and allocate tasks.
Interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality.
Maintain accurate records.
Ensure safety protocols are followed.
Train and mentor crew members.
Manage project materials and resources.
Resolve construction issues.
Qualifications:
Valid Florida Driver License
Ability to work adjusted shifts and overtime
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, form setup, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Strong carpentry background in building forms for concrete flat work
Knowledge of D-curb machine operation
Skills:
Experience with heavy machinery and equipment used in concrete work
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
