Detroit Outreach Manager

The Outreach Manager is a key member of Acorn Health's growth and development team. You will play a vital role in expanding our home and center-based services by building strong, ongoing relationships with referral partners who support families with commercial insurance. Your work will directly support children accessing early intervention and ABA therapy services. Pay Range: $70,000.00- $80,000.00 Applicants need to reside in the Detroit Michigan area. Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop deep knowledge of Acorn Health's services, processes, and referral pathways. Build and maintain strategic relationships with pediatricians, neurologists, educators, daycare providers, and other community professionals. Proactively identify new referral sources through prospecting, lead generation, and market research. Conduct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email campaigns to educate referral partners about ABA services and the importance of early intervention. Partner with the Director of Outreach to plan and execute territory-specific strategies to drive awareness and referrals. Maintain accurate contact records and activity tracking using CRM tools; report progress regularly to leadership. Work closely with intake specialists to ensure smooth communication with referral sources during the client onboarding process. Participate in outreach events and coordinate launch activities for new programs in your territory. Meet or exceed weekly outreach activity and contact goals. Perform other duties as needed to support business development and growth. What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach, especially with providers serving children. Familiarity with ABA therapy, early intervention, and autism services is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to self-motivate, work independently, and adapt in a fast-growing organization. Comfortable with local daily travel through assigned region and occasional out-of-state trips. Technologically savvy with CRM systems and communication tools. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check. Why Acorn Health?
