We’re expanding our Enterprise Marketing and Foodservice Marketing teams and hiring a few Marketing Managers and Senior Marketing Managers. In these roles, you’ll develop brand and product strategies that drive growth and profitability, lead end-to-end marketing programs, and turn data and insights into impactful business decisions. Lead annual and long‑range strategic planning for brand/product portfolio considering the full profit and loss statement to meet business targets. Lead innovation pipeline development from concept to launch, partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop new products that align with evolving consumer and customer needs and trends. Lead and execute integrated marketing programs that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share. Collaborate with Sales to develop and drive channel strategies, provide marketing support at key customers, and develop tools and training to enhance sales execution. Leverage data, consumer and customer insights and market research to inform strategy, tactical plans, and innovation. Track and evaluate brand and program performance using key performance indicators and account‑level insights. Ensure consistent brand identity across products, packaging, promotions, and events. Collaborate cross‑functionally and with external agencies to lead initiatives and deliver against annual brand and business objectives. Develop and manage operating plans and budgets in partnership with senior leadership. Deliver against gross sales, net sales, and EBIT targets for assigned brands or product lines. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required; MBA preferred. 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the CPG industry. Proven experience developing and launching new products, brand growth strategies, and insight‑driven initiatives. Strong proficiency in analyzing data to enable decision making and strategy development. Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross‑functional teams. Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial acumen. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred. Years of Related Experience: Minimum 8 years related experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: PC skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook products; detailed knowledge of company and group products, policies and processes along with strong analytical, leadership and communication skills required; detailed level of understanding of the marketing function, marketing tools and methods; ability to communicate orally and in writing with all levels of management as well as work across the organization to utilize leverage and establish cross‑department synergies. The base salary range for these positions are: Marketing Manager: $90,750 - $151,250 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus Sr Marketing Manager: $104,625 - $174,375 annually, with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
