From social content to signage and short-form video, you’ll manage a high volume of creative versioning while ensuring brand cohesion and quality. What You’ll Be Doing Creative Production & Execution
Design creative assets across a wide range of formats, including paid media, social content, email, SMS, web, signage, flyers, POP, and in-store displays
Produce both static and short-form motion/video assets to support campaigns and promotions
Create and edit digital video and static ads for performance and brand campaigns
Adapt and version agency-developed campaign creative for different markets, offers, pricing tiers, and channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
Support quick-turn and ad hoc creative needs outside the scope of the creative agency
Help manage creative versioning, asset organization, and handoff to internal teams and agency partners
Brand Consistency
Execute creative in alignment with SSCW brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice
Ensure all assets meet quality standards and feel cohesive across channels and customer touchpoints
Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Brand to execute and adapt creative approaches while staying grounded in the brand system
Scalable Design Systems & Asset Management
Create reusable templates and assets that support frequent updates (pricing, offers, regional messaging)Improve workflows and processes to reduce friction and increase speed
Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries to support efficient reuse, versioning, and handoff
What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience
4–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in‑house at a consumer brand or agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence across digital, print, and marketing channels
Experience designing for performance marketing, campaigns, and retail or service-based brands
Experience with video editing and content creation, particularly short‑form, performance oriented creative; motion design skills a plus
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar a plus)
Comfort working within established brand systems while adapting creative for scale and frequent updates
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
A collaborative, positive team player with a builder’s mindset, energized by creating templates, systems, and scalable solutions
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining creative quality and timelines
Takes pride in delivering high-quality work with speed, consistency, and reliability
