Executive Assistant to Founder of Fast-growing Startup
Founder of Bloom Talent is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide proactive support, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The position is in-office, based in NYC.
Base pay range : $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
Own the Founder’s calendar with prioritization, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized.
Manage inbox triage and draft responses on behalf of the Founder.
Serve as gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for board meetings, investor meetings, and key decisions.
Attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
Plan and execute company events, off-sites, and team gatherings.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Lead cross-functional projects that don’t fit neatly into other roles.
Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and key partners.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Impeccable discretion with confidential information.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Unflappable under pressure with strong attention to detail.
Curious and comfortable working with new tech, including AI tools.
