The Video Producer will play a key role in planning, producing, and scaling educational video content within Klaviyo’s Customer Education organization. This role focuses on delivering clear, high-quality video resources that help customers and partners understand how and why Klaviyo works, while also bringing structure and consistency to how video content is planned, maintained, and localized over time.

The role has a particular focus on how-to and instructional content, as well as strategy-focused content created for Klaviyo Partners. You will work within Klaviyo’s 7‑week sprint cycle and collaborate closely with Curriculum Development and Localization teams to support the delivery of a select group of fully localized courses and videos that appear on Klaviyo Academy.

The ideal candidate is an owner first and a video creator second. You’re proficient in creating educational video content, but you’re most energized by identifying problems, designing solutions, and owning workflows from start to finish. You take pride in bringing structure to complex work, improving how things are done over time, and ensuring video content can be produced, maintained, and scaled efficiently without sacrificing quality.
