Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions.
Assist customers in finding products and provide personalized framing recommendations.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
Execute personal designer activities using Elevated ABC tools.
Deliver sales and production results, completing framing orders accurately and on time.
Maintain the ready‑made frame department and assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Provide friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and offer solutions.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards are met and budgets are respected.
Operate cash register and handle cash to company standards.
Assist with Omni‑channel processes.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and use a glass cutter.
Preferred: Retail experience and experience selling products or services to customers.
Physical Requirements
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Assist with outdoor work if required (e.g., retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks).
