We’re always looking for talent that believes in having fun. At Margaritaville Resort Casino you’ll work with a diverse team driven by their enthusiasm for helping guests find and enjoy more fun. Responsibilities

Keeping promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt. Printing and cutting graphic materials. Installing graphic materials (elevator wraps, etc.) and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, table tents, calendars, and posters. Updating and installing USB drives to property TVs as well as updates to Fourwinds and Cool Signs programs. Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. Planning meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. Organizing and filing documents, binders, bulletin boards, etc. Preparing job starters for projects as instructed with guidance from the Advertising Manager. Tracking jobs within the inMotion® application. Preparing weekly reports. Logging and tracking all certificates given as prizes, gifts, door prizes, etc. Ordering supplies as needed for the Marketing department. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications. Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Researching to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition. Reviewing marketing literature, ensuring valid, current, and accurate content. Monitoring the communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage. Working in coordination with the Events and Promotions, Entertainment, and Player Development teams on marketing events. Assisting with the distribution of materials, collateral, supplies, and packages. Assisting Promotions/Events with drawings, tournaments, concerts, and other events. Assisting Entertainment with Will Call, scanning tickets, ushering, and meet ‘n greet. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Casino experience (preferred). Positive attitude and dedication to exceptional guest service. Well‑groomed and neat appearance. Excellent communication skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work without direct or constant supervision. Availability to work day, swing, or grave shift, weekends, holidays, special events, and any overtime that may be necessary. Education and Experience

Associate degree from college or university and two or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in gaming, hospitality, or travel. Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations. Organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to learn the slot player tracking system. Good verbal skills; able to present information in a clear, concise manner. Guest service skills. Service quality characteristics: courtesy, promptness, professionalism, and confidentiality. Completion and accuracy of all paperwork before the end of the shift.
