Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate compliant marketing and outreach strategies.
Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors, brokers, and investors.
Participate in in‑person meetings, industry events, and educational programs.
Coordinate broker presentations, lunch and learn programs, and investor education sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging.
Track outreach activities and professional relationships using CRM tools.
Support marketing execution including email communications and event logistics.
Ensure adherence to Florida Department of Financial Services rules and company compliance policies.
Preferred Background
Experience in marketing, business development, or relationship management.
Experience within real estate, title, mortgage, legal services, or another regulated professional services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable engaging face‑to‑face with industry professionals.
Organized, self‑directed, and professional.
Success Evaluation
Success is evaluated based on the quality and consistency of professional relationships developed, effective coordination of outreach and educational initiatives, compliance with regulatory standards, and overall contribution to business development objectives.
