Role Summary The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is suited for a hands‑on B2B marketer who is highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of owning marketing deliverables from concept through completion. This position works closely with internal subject‑matter experts, sales, and leadership to develop marketing collateral, execute multi‑channel campaigns, and track performance. Experience in financial services or commercial real estate lending is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Collateral & Content Execution
Own the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, pitch decks, one‑pagers, and booklets.
Draft, edit, and refine high‑quality marketing content such as blogs, case studies, and campaign copy with input from internal experts.
Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all marketing deliverables.
Multi‑Channel Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and industry platforms.
Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset coordination.
Support webinars, events, and community‑building initiatives.
Website & SEO Support
Update website content and apply SEO best practices including keyword optimization, metadata, and content structure.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on website updates.
Monitor website performance and recommend optimizations.
HubSpot Collaboration
Support email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Partner with the HubSpot manager to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
Reporting & Cross‑Functional Coordination
Track campaign performance and prepare reports on leads, engagement, and traffic.
Coordinate with sales, product, and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and deliver marketing assets.
Manage timelines, feedback, and approvals across multiple teams.
Qualifications
4‑6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
Proven experience creating marketing collateral and content.
Hands‑on experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Working familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deliverables independently with minimal oversight.
Basic design capability using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms.
