Role Overview The Global Strategy group helps drive growth and strategic transformation across the company. This role is for the Corporate Strategy team—an international, cross‑functional team with executive leadership visibility. The focus of the team spans classic strategy and hands‑on transformation work across a wide variety of businesses and drives innovation within Wolters Kluwer.
Responsibilities On a day‑to‑day basis the Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders to run project work, support the annual strategic planning process, analyze the competitive landscape, and assist the Executive Board (CEO, CFO) and Supervisory Board. Projects, mandated by the Executive Board, will primarily focus on market deep‑dives or diagnostics with actionable recommendations, carried out in partnership with divisions and business units across Wolters Kluwer. The role offers a mix of high‑level portfolio strategy and deep dives into specific businesses.

Intellectual curiosity and a disciplined approach to problem solving
Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret, and analyze data
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, to make clear recommendations and influence stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Education & Experience
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university
2+ years of work experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, focusing on strategy & corporate finance, growth strategy, or commercial due diligence
Preference for B2B technology industry experience

Compensation Base salary: 83,600 – 145,900 USD, eligible for bonus. The range is based on the primary location; actual offers vary by skills, experience, and hiring location.
