Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees outbound packages for transportation.

Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily and weekly reports, including work logs and schedule documentation.

Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including usage metrics, customer issues and resolutions, training records, work logs, and schedule documentation.

Completing a daily shipping plan by scheduling and assigning loads; establishing priorities; monitoring progress and resolving problems.

Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient delivery of products to meet order requirements.

Performing other tasks, duties or special projects as directed.

Qualifications Knowledge, skills, education, and experience

At least 2 years shipping experience in a distribution or warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written instructions and other business documents, are required.

Candidate must be willing and capable of handling employee and customer problems in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills, including Office 365 suite.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
