Farmers Insurance - Ana Alvarez Agency We are rapidly growing and expanding. We are looking to hire the

right individual

to join our outstanding customer service team. This is a full-time position.

Our Customer Service Sales Representative Individual will be responsible for providing

exceptional

customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Sales activities are also implemented, as well as marketing events, and generated prior and new leads.

Customer and employee success and satisfaction are our top two priorities. The two go hand‑in‑hand, and as they build each other up, they create an external and internal army of brand ambassadors.

Insurance and/or office experience is required.

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Take premium payments from customers.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Generate insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Follow up on claims calls.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Conduct marketing, cold‑calling, and maintain lead databases.

Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame.

Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency in multi‑tasking, follow‑through, and follow‑up.

Must be highly self‑motivated.

Confident, self‑starter who works well independently.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.

Bilingual. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

A background check is submitted before any process.

Must be licensed with the California Department of Insurance before starting this position.
