Account Executive

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in printing, packaging or corrugated who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering quality on time solutions. You will manage existing accounts while actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with our estimating and production teams, you’ll ensure that each project runs smoothly – from estimating through delivery. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. Maintains communication with existing customers, alerting them of new products, services and enhancements that may be of interest. Develop and grow a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate print and packaging solutions. Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project timelines. Partner with internal teams to ensure jobs meet quality, budget, and delivery expectations. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities. Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Represent Philipp Lithographing at trade shows, industry events, and client visits. Candidate Qualifications:

Account Manager/Account Executive must have/be: 3+ years of sales or account management experience (printing or packaging industry preferred). Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large-format, finishing, etc.). Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated, professional, organized, detail-oriented and driven to achieve results. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience: Associate's Degree or above preferred. Print Industry experience preferred.
