Overview
The Retail Marketing Coordinator serves as the executional backbone of all retail-facing marketing efforts at STIIIZY, ensuring seamless rollout of campaigns, promotions, and brand communications across all STIIIZY locations. This role blends creative coordination with operational logistics—bridging corporate marketing strategy with store-level execution. Working cross‑functionally with procurement, operations, and creative teams, the Coordinator ensures brand consistency, timing accuracy, and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management:
Lead the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through post‑campaign reporting, maintain a master calendar for promotions and launches, track KPI metrics, and compile ROI reports.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Act as the connective tissue between marketing, procurement, operations, retail store teams, and delivery; translate corporate strategy accurately into store execution; coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables, timelines, and quality control.
Creative & Content Production:
Oversee creation and distribution of marketing assets (signage, displays, product visuals, promotional content), manage timelines for photoshoots, graphic design, and video production, and review and approve content to ensure brand standards and cannabis marketing compliance.
Event & Promotion Logistics:
Plan and coordinate retail‑driven events such as store openings, new product drops, pop‑ups, and community activations, and support in‑store setup to align logistics with campaign timelines.
Market Insights & Reporting:
Compile and analyze campaign performance data, customer feedback, and sales impact; conduct local market research and competitor benchmarking; manage marketing databases, asset archives, and reporting dashboards.

Beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Requirements
Must be over 21 years of age
Available for on‑site operations Monday‑Friday
Projects and priorities drive work—must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Willingness and ability to undergo cross‑training in various roles within the department as required
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (hot or cool)
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 ft and a minimum distance of 50 ft, with or without mechanical assistance
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
