Our newest Canyon Ranch Resort in Austin will be opening in Sep 2026 and is now hiring for a Sales Coordinator.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales team on property. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and keeping teams aligned behind the scenes.
You’ll help ensure sales activities run smoothly by coordinating information, maintaining accurate data, and supporting internal partners across the business.
Responsibilities
Support daily sales operations by coordinating administrative and sales support activities.
Maintain accurate sales data by updating reports, trackers, and standard dashboards.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across sales and partner teams.
Prepare sales materials, documents, and presentations using established templates.
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and follow-up to keep sales initiatives moving forward.
Provide responsive, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative coordination.
Industry experience in hospitality a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
